What we keep, and why.
This covers our website and our two phone apps. We collect what the work needs, we never sell it, and we do not use it for ads.

Who we are
All Shield Security LLC is a security guard company based in Phoenix, Arizona. This policy covers our website, allshieldsecurity.com, the All Shield app our clients use, and the All Shield Staff app our guards and office use.
On our website
- Requests for a quote, a site walk, or fire watch: your name, title, company, phone, and email, the property's address, and what you tell us about the coverage you need, your current provider, and your budget.
- Job applications: your name, phone, email, and city, whether you have a guard card, and when you can work.
- With any form, how you found us: the page you landed on, the site that sent you, and the campaign tags in an ad link.
- Referral partners: your company and contact details, the W-9 and bank details we need to pay your fees, and your signature on the partner agreement.
- New hires: the documents we ask for before your first shift, and your emergency contact.
- Address boxes suggest matches as you type. What you type there goes to Google Maps to find them.
Cookies keep you signed in. We use no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, and no analytics tools.
In the All Shield Staff app
For our guards and office staff.
- Where your phone is when you clock in and out, and every few minutes while you are clocked in, even with the app closed. Nothing is kept from off the clock.
- Checkpoint taps on your rounds, and where you are when you call for help.
- Photos you take for rounds, checklists, incidents, and reports. The app does not look through your photo library.
- Voice reports. Your phone's speech service, from Apple or Google, turns what you say into text. For an incident, the recording is kept with the report.
- Reports, shift notes, messages to the office, and the visitor names and plates you enter.
- Your name and phone number from the office, your email if you work in the office, and your phone's address for notifications.
In the All Shield app
For our clients.
- Your name and email, from your invitation.
- Your sign-ins: when, and on what kind of phone or browser.
- Your phone's address for notifications.
Face ID and fingerprint unlock stay on your phone. We never see them. The app does not use your location.
How we use it
- To answer your request, quote the work, and staff it.
- To hire, schedule, and pay our guards for the hours they work.
- To keep guards safe on post, and to find one who calls for help.
- To report to the clients whose property we guard.
- To send the daily report, notices, and messages about your shifts or your account.
- To keep accounts secure, with the six-digit code at sign-in and the sign-in history.
How long we keep it
- Incident reports, with their photos and recordings: seven years. Insurance claims and lawsuits can come years after the night itself.
- Shift, time, and pay records: as long as tax and employment law require.
- Requests and job applications: until you ask us to remove them, or until we no longer need them.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion: write to hello@allshieldsecurity.com. We answer within 30 days. Some records we have to keep, such as incident reports and pay records, and we will tell you which.
- Turn off location, camera, microphone, or notifications in your phone's settings at any time. Clocking in needs location.
- Accounts in our apps are set up by our office or by invitation. To close yours, write to us.
Keeping it safe
Everything travels encrypted. Each person sees only what their work needs: a guard sees their own shifts, and a client sees their own sites. Office staff and clients sign in with a six-digit code as well as a password. Bank details are stored encrypted.
Children
Our website and apps are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
When this policy changes, we post the new version here with a new date. If a change affects what the apps collect, we tell you in the app or by email.
